Sleep Well

Have you ever noticed that you have stronger emotional responses when you are tired? If you already struggle with intense emotions and frequent mood shifts, disrupted sleep can easily add to the problem. Good sleep is critical to having well regulated emotions.

Luckily, there are some very simple changes you can make that can have a dramatic impact on your sleep quality. Start now by establishing better sleep habits; make your bedroom more comfortable for sleep, try to wake up at the same time every day, and eliminate napping.
