Mindful Monday Exercise: Mindfulness of Breathing
Mindfulness skills training, one of the key components of Dialectical Behavior Therapy for BPD (and a number of treatments for other psychological disorders), can be tremendously helpful for people with BPD. But, mindfulness is a difficult skill to build up, and it can be hard to remember to practice consistently. In an effort to encourage consistent and repeated mindfulness practice, the "Mindful Monday" blog will feature a new mindfulness exercise on the first monday of each month.
