I think “Confessions of a Serial Insomniac” is a brilliant BPD blog. Refreshingly candid, extremely well-written and analytical and darkly witty at times. Every time I read it I feel like I’m the proverbial fly on the wall in the author’s life.
She also suffers from bipolar II, and blogs about her psychotherapy, feelings and experiences of the two illnesses, every day life in the context of mental illness and even at times the philosophy behind certain therapies and even the nature of sanity itself.
Extremely intelligent, frank and entertaining, if disturbing at times. Be prepared for some strong language! Fabulous
