I recently stumbled on a free online cognitive behavior therapy program offered by researchers at the Centre for Mental Health Research at the Australian National University. The program, called MoodGym, is offered entirely online (it does not involve attending therapy sessions outside your home) and is available free of charge to anyone.
I did a little research and found that the team that developed this website have published several papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals that demonstrate that this program does produce reductions in depression and anxiety scores for many users. The program is not designed as a treatment for borderline personality disorder, nor would I recommend that individuals with BPD use it without also working with a mental health professional. However, it may be a good tool to use to build your skills at home.
