How is Your Mindfulness Practice Going?

Have you been practicing mindfulness lately? Sometimes with the stress of the holidays and everything that's going on this time of year, practicing fundamental skills can fall to the wayside. But now that things have (hopefully) slowed down, its a good time to recommit to your mindfulness skills practice.
