"Delusions"

Definition:

A Delusion is belief in something outside of reality. For example, a person can believe that they are the President of the United States. This is a delusion clearly, but to the person having the delusion it is reality.

There are different types of delusions, including paranoid delusions. These delusions result in a person believing that others wish or intend to do them harm.
